Joanne has a business degree from Butler University. She has been in the design industry for over 15 years with experience in business development and retail merchandising. She brings a passion of getting to know her clients on a personal level. Her mantra is ”open your mind to explore your creative self.” Joanne loves her time on Morse Lake walking dogs, enjoying the people who surround her - especially her two grown sons, Blake and Clay.
Frederick’s professional experiences have always been in the “home” business. As a project construction manager, he has learned the valuable aspects of new build construction as well as the remodeling of homes. Frederick has developed a keen design sense having experience as a senior design consultant, and how to make a house a dream home using unique interior finishes. Born and raised in Indiana, Frederick is invested in the community with a passion for helping and serving others.
Betsy is a graduate of Butler University with a BS in Communications. After working for her family business for 12 years, she became a Realtor and enjoyed flipping homes with her husband as a side business. Flipping homes is fun for her, but her real passion is the design aspect of the Flip. Betsy is putting that innate skill to work by now designing in our gorgeous showroom! In her free time, Betsy loves spending time with her husband and their 3 darling daughters traveling.
